REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY
We will gladly refund or exchange any product purchased from Toys "R" Us within 90 days of the initial date of purchase. Where an original receipt is provided, the refund will be processed in the same way as the original purchase method. Any faulty items must be returned with the original receipt and all items must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories and parts intact. Electronics or software products will only be exchange or refunded if they are returned in their original packaging, in a sealed condition and accompanied by the original receipt. Where receipts are not provided, an exchange or credit note will be offered. Any shipment costs incurred for any return will be borne by the purchaser.
