REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY

We will gladly refund or exchange any product purchased from Toys "R" Us within 90 days of the initial date of purchase. Where an original receipt is provided, the refund will be processed in the same way as the original purchase method. Any faulty items must be returned with the original receipt and all items must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories and parts intact.

Electronics or software products will only be exchange or refunded if they are returned in their original packaging, in a sealed condition and accompanied by the original receipt.

Where receipts are not provided, an exchange or credit note will be offered. Any shipment costs incurred for any return will be borne by the purchaser.

R LOW PRICE GUARANTEE POLICY

If you find a stocked item currently advertised elsewhere for less*, just tell us and we’ll match the price. We promise.

At the time of initial purchase:
Please bring with you a copy of the advertisement from the other retailer, highlighting the product in question, to enable us to offer you the same price. The advertised product must be identical to the one sold at Toys “R” Us.

After purchasing from Toys “R” Us:
Please bring with you a copy of the advertisement from the other retailer, within 7 days of your initial purchase from our store along with the original invoice copy. We will gladly refund the difference in price by the same method the original transaction was conducted in.

* The item advertised elsewhere must be identical to the item stocked at Toys “R” Us.
